After a long break I come back to find I'v been banned from the TKC servers. I dont hack/cheat in anyway.
Can anyone provide any feedback on this?

It's because ur clan has been screwing with the servers...hope that answers your question.

umm i doubt it....the ghost u know he is in 911 i believe but i might know u...but im pretty sure i dont.

All Merc clan members were perm banned for the actions of a few. I might be willing to do something but really I have no way of knowing if you were involved or plan to do more harm.
