Someone came in with no name, mic spammed, then crashed the server - and thanks to the "no result found" crap when someone joins, I got their STEAM ID:

This addon for SourceMod on a CS:S server provides chat and command flood protection, especially useful for ma_timeleft/nextmap/etc. spammers, as it will kick those instantly. Chat flooders will get the message "No spam!" and be blocked for a certain amount of time. It exposes the native "IsClientFlooding" which can be used by other plugins to ignore chat commands while a player is flooding.
